What happens after I place my order?

Once we have your order (thank you, by the way!), we will lovingly wrap and package your item. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, and another email once your order has been shipped. This confirmation of shipping email will include a tracking number and details of the courier.

We use Sendle and Australia Post to ship our products to you. Sendle’s tracking page can be found <HERE> and Australia Post’s tracking page can be found <HERE>.

Both Sendle and Australia Post are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID19 and supply chain issues. We, therefore, can not guarantee delivery times but estimated delivery times are listed below.

Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at checkout but here is a guideline for current shipping costs.

Domestic shipping prices and delivery times

Domestic shipping times (items shipped within Australia) are shipped at a flat rate of $10 to WA and from $12 to the rest of Australia.

WA:

2-3 working days

NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, NT:

6-10 working days

International shipping prices and delivery times

Zone 1 (New Zealand):

$20AUD flat rate and 5 - 11 working days

Zone 2 (North America and Western Europe):

from $28AUD and 10 - 24 working days

Zone 3 (rest of world):

from $38AUD and 15-35 working days

please note, the customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your House of Theodora purchase, please contact us by emailing orders@houseoftheodora.com along with your order number to arrange for a refund or exchange. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer unless House of Theodora reasonably agrees the item is faulty.

Conditions of return

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return an item

  • You must return goods to us within 10 days

  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging with any tags intact

  • We recommend using a traceable delivery and taking note of your tracking number… you wouldn’t believe the number of times someone has mailed something and it has gotten lost!

Exclusions

  • There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes for change of mind.

  • House of Theodora does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’

  • Any international orders unclaimed for any reason will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.

  • Any questions regarding House of Theodora goods purchased at a House of Theodora stockist must be addressed to that stockist

  • Products that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear

Missing or late orders

If your order has gone missing, please email us at orders@houseoftheodora.com so we can resolve this for you. House of Theodora does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’. Please also note that like all other companies in the world, we are not immune to COVID and are experiencing significant delays in shipping.

CANCELLATION OF BAD* SEX

You can cancel your monthly BAD* Sex subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will still be able to access the member’s area until your subscription expires.

We offer a money-back guarantee of $7 for your first month only, on the following two conditions:

1) you cancel within two weeks of your initial sign-up and purchase

2) you email us within the two weeks and request a refund of the first month’s subscription.

Please note that cancelling your membership within the two weeks does not automatically qualify you for a refund unless the two conditions above are met. If we do refund you, you will lose access to BAD* Sex immediately and will not be able to log in to the member’s area for the remainder of the month.
